1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of their entry, currently living in the United States and who strictly comply with the Official Rules. Sweepstakes begins May 18, 2005, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends June 2, 2005, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Awarding and receipt of prize subject to these complete Official Rules. Employees of Alamo Industrial/Alamo Group ("Sponsor") and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising and production agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. By entering sweepstakes, all participants or entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor. All decisions by Sponsor shall be final. Only entrants who comply with all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules will be eligible to win and to be awarded the prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.



2. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes entrants may enter via internet at www.alamo-industrial.com by completing an industry survey and submitting to Alamo Industrial via web. Submission of a completed survey will result in one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, or agents will void all entries by entrant. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central time on June 2, 2005.



3. Prize/Odds: Prize winners will receive one Cabela's gift certificate in one denomination of the following, chosen by Alamo Industrial. Number of certificates to be awarded of specific denomination is listed beside each figure: (1) $250, (2) $100, (3) $50, and (4) $25. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash value.



4. Winner Notification/Prize Restrictions: The winners will be notified by e-mail and by U.S. mail. If prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail or home address prior to the selection of a winner. Winners’ names will be posted on www.alamo-industrial.com for a period of 30 days following the drawing. All entrants by the submission of their entry shall be deemed to have represented to Sponsor that they are at least 18 years of age as of the day of entry. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder," person in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any attempt to defraud or misrepresent the age, name or address by an entrant may disqualify the entrant.



5. Miscellaneous: Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph, address (City & State) for promotional and publicity purposes. All entrants release Alamo Industrial/Alamo Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising and sales promotion agencies and agents, its respective employees and officers, and all others associated with the development and execution of this promotion from any and all liability for personal, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor from any liability, loss, harm, or damage. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, or negligence in its conducting of the sweepstakes, or for lost, illegible, incomplete or indecipherable entries; or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, transmission problems, or interruptions in operations; or for late, lost, misdirected, or postage due, or processed late, mail.



6. Termination: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes due to mistakes, errors, or omissions by Sponsor, or should it be compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, without any compensation or liability whatsoever to any entrant.
