Lift-Type & Pull-Type Rotary Mowers The wide 8' cutting swath of the Alamo Industrial® A 96B Lift- and Pull-Type mowers will save you time, and by only requiring a 50 horsepower tractor with a 540 or 1000 PTO you’ll save on your fuel costs as well. These powerful twin-blade mowers will typically cut 3-1/2-acres per hour at 4-miles per hour. The timed, updraft blades are mounted on pan blade carriers as standard equipment. The smooth, unobstructed underside of the mower will allow the weed and grass clippings to be distributed evenly across the mower discharge area. The floating top link on the Lift-Type mower will reduce wheel loading in rough terrain and the optional offset hitch will allow the operator to cut close to obstructions. The blades are powered through the heavy-duty Cat 4 drivelines with slip clutch and safety shields. The mower deck is constructed of heavy 10-gauge steel with 1/4" x 9" high side skirts. The heavy-duty, floating, three-point hitch allows for quick mount and dismount of the mower. Both the Lift- and Pull-Type mowers may be attached to tractors with a 540 or 1000 RPM PTO. Dual tailwheels provide even weight distribution and level support of the unit when mowing. The cutting height may be adjusted from 1" to 12". The mowers come with debris deflectors as standard equipment. The chain guard, as pictured, is optional.
